اللَّهُمَّ تَقَبَّلْ صِيَامِي وَقِيَامِي وَرُكُوعِي وَسُجُودِي
Allahumma taqabbal siyami wa qiyami wa ruku'i wa sujudi
O Allah, accept my fasting, my standing in prayer, my bowing, and my prostration.
The anxiety of acceptance — will Allah accept my Ramadan? The Salaf used to spend six months after Ramadan asking Allah to accept the worship they did during it. Acceptance is not guaranteed by performance. You can fast perfectly and have it rejected because of a character flaw. This du'a asks for the one thing that matters: that your effort counts, that it registers, that it is not returned to you empty.

اللَّهُمَّ تَقَبَّلْ مِنَّا إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ وَتُبْ عَلَيْنَا إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ التَّوَّابُ الرَّحِيمُ
O Allah, accept from us, for You are the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing. And turn to us in mercy, for You are the Acceptor of repentance, the Most Merciful.
Sahihمَنْ فَطَّرَ صَائِمًا كَانَ لَهُ مِثْلُ أَجْرِهِ غَيْرَ أَنَّهُ لَا يَنْقُصُ مِنْ أَجْرِ الصَّائِمِ شَيْئًا
Whoever provides iftar to a fasting person will have the same reward as him, without diminishing anything from the fasting person's reward.
Sahihاللَّهُمَّ إِنَّكَ عَفُوٌّ كَرِيمٌ تُحِبُّ الْعَفْوَ فَاعْفُ عَنِّي
O Allah, You are the Pardoner, the Most Generous, and You love to pardon, so pardon me.
Sahihتَقَبَّلَ اللَّهُ مِنَّا وَمِنْكُمْ
May Allah accept from us and from you.
