Last updated: 24 March 2026
Welcome to Munajat. By accessing or using munajat.app (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Munajat is a du'a (supplication) companion web application that provides authentic Prophetic supplications for personal use. The Service includes browsing, searching, bookmarking, and sharing du'as.
2. Accounts
You may use parts of the Service without an account. To access features such as bookmarks and collections, you must sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
3. Supporter Contributions
Munajat offers optional supporter plans as a form of sadaqah (charitable giving). Contributions are voluntary and support the ongoing development and maintenance of the Service.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
- Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through the billing settings page. You will retain supporter benefits until the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at [email protected] for refund requests.
- Supporter contributions are not tax-deductible as Munajat is not a registered charity.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest content from the Service in bulk
- Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others
5. Content
The du'as, translations, transliterations, and contextual information provided on Munajat are sourced from authentic Islamic texts and hadith collections. While we strive for accuracy, we encourage you to verify with qualified scholars for religious rulings and guidance.
All content on the Service is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may share individual du'as for personal or educational purposes.
6. Intellectual Property
The Munajat name, logo, design, and original content (including translations and contextual writings) are the property of Munajat. The Arabic texts of du'as and Quranic verses are part of the Islamic heritage and are not claimed as our intellectual property.
7. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Munajat is a tool for accessing authentic supplications. It is not a substitute for seeking knowledge from qualified Islamic scholars.
