اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ فِتْنَةِ الْقَبْرِ وَمِنْ عَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ
Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min fitnatil-qabri wa min 'adhabil-qabr
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the trial of the grave and from the punishment of the grave.
The Prophet ﷺ used to seek refuge from this so frequently that the Companions asked: "Is the punishment of the grave real?" He said: "Yes, seek refuge from it." He walked past two graves and said: "They are being punished, and not for anything major — one used to carry tales, and the other was not careful about urine." Small, habitual sins can lead to grave punishment. This du'a is a daily shield against that.

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ حُسْنَ الْخَاتِمَةِ وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ سُوءِ الْخَاتِمَةِ، اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْ خَيْرَ أَعْمَالِنَا خَوَاتِمَهَا وَخَيْرَ أَيَّامِنَا يَوْمَ نَلْقَاكَ
O Allah, I ask You for a good ending and I seek refuge in You from a bad ending. O Allah, make the best of our deeds their conclusions and the best of our days the day we meet You.
Hasanاللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْ قَبْرِي رَوْضَةً مِنْ رِيَاضِ الْجَنَّةِ وَلَا تَجْعَلْهُ حُفْرَةً مِنْ حُفَرِ النَّارِ
O Allah, make my grave a garden from the gardens of Paradise, and do not make it a pit from the pits of the Fire.
Hasanاللَّهُمَّ إِنْ كَانَ مُحْسِنًا فَزِدْ فِي إِحْسَانِهِ وَإِنْ كَانَ مُسِيئًا فَتَجَاوَزْ عَنْ سَيِّئَاتِهِ
O Allah, if he was a doer of good, then increase his good deeds, and if he was a wrongdoer, then overlook his misdeeds.
Hasanاللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لَهُ وَارْفَعْ دَرَجَتَهُ فِي الْمَهْدِيِّينَ وَافْسَحْ لَهُ فِي قَبْرِهِ وَنَوِّرْ لَهُ فِيهِ
O Allah, forgive him, raise his rank among the guided, make his grave spacious, and illuminate it for him.
