لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ
La ilaha illallah
There is no deity except Allah. (Encourage the dying person to say these as their last words.)
The Prophet ﷺ said: "Prompt your dying ones to say La ilaha illallah." And: "Whoever's last words are La ilaha illallah will enter Paradise." This is not forced upon the dying — but gently encouraged. The person attending should recite it near them so they may be reminded.

اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْ قَبْرِي رَوْضَةً مِنْ رِيَاضِ الْجَنَّةِ وَلَا تَجْعَلْهُ حُفْرَةً مِنْ حُفَرِ النَّارِ
O Allah, make my grave a garden from the gardens of Paradise, and do not make it a pit from the pits of the Fire.
Hasanاللَّهُمَّ إِنْ كَانَ مُحْسِنًا فَزِدْ فِي إِحْسَانِهِ وَإِنْ كَانَ مُسِيئًا فَتَجَاوَزْ عَنْ سَيِّئَاتِهِ
O Allah, if he was a doer of good, then increase his good deeds, and if he was a wrongdoer, then overlook his misdeeds.
Hasanاللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْ خَيْرَ عُمُرِي آخِرَهُ وَخَيْرَ عَمَلِي خَوَاتِمَهُ وَخَيْرَ أَيَّامِي يَوْمَ أَلْقَاكَ
O Allah, make the best of my life its last part, the best of my deeds their conclusions, and the best of my days the day I meet You.
Hasanاللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لَهُ وَارْفَعْ دَرَجَتَهُ فِي الْمَهْدِيِّينَ وَافْسَحْ لَهُ فِي قَبْرِهِ وَنَوِّرْ لَهُ فِيهِ
O Allah, forgive him, raise his rank among the guided, make his grave spacious, and illuminate it for him.
