تَبَارَكَ الَّذِي بِيَدِهِ الْمُلْكُ وَهُوَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ
Tabarakal-ladhi biyadihil-mulku wa Huwa 'ala kulli shay'in Qadir
Blessed is He in whose hand is dominion, and He is over all things competent. (Opening of Surah Al-Mulk — recite the full surah before sleep.)
The Prophet ﷺ said: "There is a surah in the Quran of thirty verses which intercedes for a man until he is forgiven: Tabarakal-ladhi biyadihil-mulk." He ﷺ never went to sleep without reciting Surah Al-Mulk and Surah As-Sajdah.

قُلْ هُوَ اللَّهُ أَحَدٌ وَقُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ الْفَلَقِ وَقُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ النَّاسِ
Recite Surah Al-Ikhlas, Surah Al-Falaq, and Surah An-Nas — then blow gently into your palms and wipe over your body.
Sahihأَعُوذُ بِاللَّهِ مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ الرَّجِيمِ
I seek refuge in Allah from Shaytan, the accursed.
Sahihبِاسْمِكَ اللَّهُمَّ أَمُوتُ وَأَحْيَا
In Your Name, O Allah, I die and I live.
Sahihاللَّهُمَّ رَبَّ السَّمَاوَاتِ السَّبْعِ وَرَبَّ الْعَرْشِ الْعَظِيمِ، رَبَّنَا وَرَبَّ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ، فَالِقَ الْحَبِّ وَالنَّوَى، وَمُنْزِلَ التَّوْرَاةِ وَالْإِنْجِيلِ وَالْفُرْقَانِ، أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ أَنْتَ آخِذٌ بِنَاصِيَتِهِ
O Allah, Lord of the seven heavens and Lord of the Magnificent Throne, our Lord and Lord of everything, Splitter of the seed and the date-stone, Revealer of the Torah, the Gospel, and the Criterion. I seek refuge in You from the evil of everything whose forelock You hold.
