قُلْ هُوَ اللَّهُ أَحَدٌ وَقُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ الْفَلَقِ وَقُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ النَّاسِ
Qul Huwa Allahu Ahad, Qul A'udhu bi Rabbil-Falaq, Qul A'udhu bi Rabbin-Nas
Recite Surah Al-Ikhlas, Surah Al-Falaq, and Surah An-Nas — then blow gently into your palms and wipe over your body.
Aisha (RA) narrated: "Every night when the Prophet ﷺ went to bed, he would cup his hands together, blow into them, and recite the three Quls, then wipe over as much of his body as he could, starting with his head, face, and the front of his body. He would do this three times." During his final illness, Aisha (RA) would recite them and wipe his body with his own hand.
