Bismillah (3 times), then: A'udhu billahi wa qudratihi min sharri ma ajidu wa uhadhir (7 times)
In the Name of Allah (3 times), then: I seek refuge in Allah and His power from the evil of what I feel and what I fear (7 times). Place your hand on the area of pain.
Uthman ibn Abi al-'As (RA) complained to the Prophet ﷺ about pain he had been feeling. The Prophet ﷺ said: "Place your hand on the part of your body that hurts and say Bismillah three times, then say this seven times." He did so and Allah cured him.
