O Allah, grant me well-being in my body. O Allah, grant me well-being in my hearing. O Allah, grant me well-being in my sight. There is no deity except You.

HasanAbu Dawud 5090

The Prophet ﷺ would say this three times every morning. Health is not a right — it is a gift that can be taken at any moment. This du'a specifically names the body, hearing, and sight — the three faculties most people take for granted until they lose them. Saying it daily is a preemptive act of gratitude before the test of illness arrives.
