Allahumma inni as'alukas-sihhata wal-'iffata wal-amanata wa husnal-khuluqi war-rida bil-qadar
O Allah, I ask You for health, chastity, trustworthiness, good character, and contentment with divine decree.
Five requests that form the pillars of a complete life: health (body), chastity (desire), trustworthiness (social dealings), good character (personality), and contentment with qadar (mindset). The order matters — health is listed first because without it, the rest becomes exponentially harder. But the final request — contentment with destiny — is the one that carries you through when health fails.
