لَا بَأْسَ طَهُورٌ إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ
La ba'sa, tahurun in sha'Allah
No worry, it is a purification, if Allah wills.
This is what the Prophet ﷺ would say when visiting the sick. It reassures the person that their illness is not meaningless suffering — it is purifying them of sins, making them cleaner before Allah.

اللَّهُمَّ عَافِنِي فِي بَدَنِي اللَّهُمَّ عَافِنِي فِي سَمْعِي اللَّهُمَّ عَافِنِي فِي بَصَرِي لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْكُفْرِ وَالْفَقْرِ اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ عَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ
O Allah, grant me well-being in my body. O Allah, grant me well-being in my hearing. O Allah, grant me well-being in my sight. There is no deity except You. O Allah, I seek refuge from disbelief and poverty. O Allah, I seek refuge from the punishment of the grave. There is no deity except You.
Hasanاللَّهُمَّ عَافِنِي فِي بَدَنِي، اللَّهُمَّ عَافِنِي فِي سَمْعِي، اللَّهُمَّ عَافِنِي فِي بَصَرِي، لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ
O Allah, grant me well-being in my body. O Allah, grant me well-being in my hearing. O Allah, grant me well-being in my sight. There is no deity except You.
Hasanاللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ الصِّحَّةَ وَالْعِفَّةَ وَالْأَمَانَةَ وَحُسْنَ الْخُلُقِ وَالرِّضَا بِالْقَدَرِ
O Allah, I ask You for health, chastity, trustworthiness, good character, and contentment with divine decree.
Hasanبِسْمِ اللَّهِ أَرْقِيكَ مِنْ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ يُؤْذِيكَ مِنْ شَرِّ كُلِّ نَفْسٍ أَوْ عَيْنِ حَاسِدٍ اللَّهُ يَشْفِيكَ بِسْمِ اللَّهِ أَرْقِيكَ
In the Name of Allah, I perform ruqyah for you, from everything that harms you, from the evil of every soul or envious eye — may Allah heal you. In the Name of Allah, I perform ruqyah for you.
