اللَّهُمَّ بَارِكْ لَنَا فِي صَاعِنَا وَبَارِكْ لَنَا فِي مُدِّنَا
Allahumma barik lana fi sa'ina wa barik lana fi muddina
O Allah, bless us in our sa' (measure) and bless us in our mudd (measure).
The Prophet ﷺ made this du'a for Madinah — asking for blessing in their units of measurement, meaning blessing in their food and provision. The sa' and mudd are units for grain and dates. He asked for barakah not in abstract terms but in the actual measuring cups — because that is where provision materializes. Ask Allah to bless your specific income, your specific salary, your specific business — by name.
