Allahumma-sqina ghaythan mughithan mari'an mari'an nafi'an ghayra darrin 'ajilan ghayra ajil
O Allah, send us rain that is helpful, productive, wholesome, beneficial and not harmful, soon and not delayed.
This is part of the du'a for istisqa' (prayer for rain), said during times of drought. The Prophet ﷺ would turn his cloak inside out during this prayer as a symbolic gesture, hoping that Allah would change the state of drought to rain.
