O Allah, make it a mercy and do not make it a punishment.
The simplest rain du'a — just two requests. The same rain that grows your food can flood your home. The same wind that cools you can destroy your roof. Weather has dual potential, and this du'a asks for the merciful version. It is the believer's filter on every natural phenomenon: "Let this be from Your mercy, not from Your anger." Applied to all weather events — storms, heatwaves, cold snaps.
