اللَّهُمَّ اسْقِ عِبَادَكَ وَبَهَائِمَكَ وَانْشُرْ رَحْمَتَكَ وَأَحْيِ بَلَدَكَ الْمَيِّتَ
Allahumma asqi 'ibadaka wa baha'imaka wanshur rahmataka wa ahyi baladakal-mayyit
O Allah, give water to Your servants and Your animals, spread Your mercy, and revive Your dead land.
A drought du'a that includes animals — "baha'imaka" (Your animals). Islam's ecological awareness is striking: when you pray for rain, you pray for the entire ecosystem, not just human needs. Dead land being revived is both literal (parched earth turning green) and metaphorical (dead hearts being refreshed by divine mercy). Rain revives the land; mercy revives the soul.
