مُطِرْنَا بِفَضْلِ اللَّهِ وَرَحْمَتِهِ
Mutirna bifadlillahi wa rahmatihi
We have been given rain by the grace and mercy of Allah.
The Prophet ﷺ said that saying "We have been given rain by such-and-such star" is a form of disbelief, while saying "We have been given rain by the grace and mercy of Allah" is the way of a believer. Rain comes only from Allah, not from weather patterns or celestial bodies.

اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي
O Allah, forgive me. (Du'a during rainfall is accepted.)
Hasanاللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْهَا رَحْمَةً وَلَا تَجْعَلْهَا عَذَابًا
O Allah, make it a mercy and do not make it a punishment.
Hasanاللَّهُمَّ اسْقِ عِبَادَكَ وَبَهَائِمَكَ وَانْشُرْ رَحْمَتَكَ وَأَحْيِ بَلَدَكَ الْمَيِّتَ
O Allah, give water to Your servants and Your animals, spread Your mercy, and revive Your dead land.
Hasanسُبْحَانَ الَّذِي يُسَبِّحُ الرَّعْدُ بِحَمْدِهِ وَالْمَلَائِكَةُ مِنْ خِيفَتِهِ
Glory be to Him whom thunder glorifies with His praise, and so do the angels out of fear of Him.
