وَمِنْ آيَاتِهِ أَنْ خَلَقَ لَكُم مِّنْ أَنفُسِكُمْ أَزْوَاجًا لِّتَسْكُنُوا إِلَيْهَا وَجَعَلَ بَيْنَكُم مَّوَدَّةً وَرَحْمَةً
Wa min ayatihi an khalaqa lakum min anfusikum azwajan litaskunu ilayha wa ja'ala baynakum mawaddatan wa rahmah
And among His signs is that He created for you from yourselves mates that you may find tranquility in them, and He placed between you affection and mercy.
This verse describes marriage as one of Allah's signs (ayat) — proof of His wisdom and mercy. The three gifts in marriage are sakinah (tranquility), mawaddah (love), and rahmah (mercy). Reciting this verse as a du'a is asking Allah to manifest these three gifts in one's marriage.

اللَّهُمَّ أَلِّفْ بَيْنَ قُلُوبِنَا وَأَصْلِحْ ذَاتَ بَيْنِنَا وَاهْدِنَا سُبُلَ السَّلَامِ وَنَجِّنَا مِنَ الظُّلُمَاتِ إِلَى النُّورِ وَجَنِّبْنَا الْفَوَاحِشَ مَا ظَهَرَ مِنْهَا وَمَا بَطَنَ
O Allah, unite our hearts, mend our relations, guide us to paths of peace, deliver us from darkness into light, and keep us away from indecencies — both outward and inward.
Sahihاللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ حُبَّكَ وَحُبَّ مَنْ يُحِبُّكَ وَحُبَّ كُلِّ عَمَلٍ يُقَرِّبُنِي إِلَى حُبِّكَ
O Allah, I ask You for Your love, the love of those who love You, and the love of every deed that brings me closer to Your love.
Hasanبَارَكَ اللَّهُ لَكَ وَبَارَكَ عَلَيْكَ وَجَمَعَ بَيْنَكُمَا فِي خَيْرٍ
May Allah bless you and shower His blessings upon you, and bring you both together in goodness.
Sahihرَبَّنَا أَفْرِغْ عَلَيْنَا صَبْرًا وَتَوَفَّنَا مُسْلِمِينَ
Our Lord, pour upon us patience and let us die as Muslims.
