اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي وَارْحَمْنِي وَاهْدِنِي وَعَافِنِي وَارْزُقْنِي
Allahummagh-fir li warhamni wahdini wa 'afini warzuqni
O Allah, forgive me, have mercy on me, guide me, grant me well-being, and provide for me.
Said between the two prostrations in prayer. Five comprehensive requests that cover every human need: maghfirah (forgiveness for the past), rahmah (mercy for the present), hidayah (guidance for the future), 'afiyah (well-being of body and soul), and rizq (provision to sustain it all). Five words, five pillars of need — said in the most intimate posture of prayer.
