بِسْمِ اللَّهِ أَوَّلَهُ وَآخِرَهُ
Bismillahi awwalahu wa akhirah
In the Name of Allah, at its beginning and at its end.
The Prophet ﷺ said: "When one of you eats, let him mention the Name of Allah. If he forgets to mention the Name of Allah at the beginning, let him say: 'Bismillahi awwalahu wa akhirah.'" Forgetting is human — Islam doesn't punish you for it. Instead, it gives you a recovery phrase that retroactively covers the entire meal.

أَفْطَرَ عِنْدَكُمُ الصَّائِمُونَ وَأَكَلَ طَعَامَكُمُ الْأَبْرَارُ وَصَلَّتْ عَلَيْكُمُ الْمَلَائِكَةُ
May the fasting people break their fast at your table, may the righteous eat your food, and may the angels send blessings upon you.
Sahihاللَّهُمَّ بَارِكْ لَنَا فِيمَا رَزَقْتَنَا وَقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ، بِسْمِ اللَّهِ
O Allah, bless us in what You have provided for us and protect us from the punishment of the Fire. In the Name of Allah.
Hasanاللَّهُمَّ بَارِكْ لَنَا فِيهِ وَأَطْعِمْنَا خَيْرًا مِنْهُ
O Allah, bless it for us and feed us something better than it.
Hasanاللَّهُمَّ أَطْعِمْ مَنْ أَطْعَمَنِي وَاسْقِ مَنْ سَقَانِي
O Allah, feed the one who fed me, and give drink to the one who gave me drink.
