اللَّهُمَّ بَارِكْ لَنَا فِيمَا رَزَقْتَنَا وَقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ، بِسْمِ اللَّهِ
Allahumma barik lana fima razaqtana wa qina 'adhaban-Nar, Bismillah
O Allah, bless us in what You have provided for us and protect us from the punishment of the Fire. In the Name of Allah.
This variant connects food directly to the Hereafter — "protect us from the Fire" alongside "bless our provision." Every meal is a test: Will you eat with gratitude or heedlessness? Will the food give you energy for worship or for sin? This du'a asks that your sustenance becomes a means to Jannah, not a distraction from it.
