الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي أَطْعَمَنَا وَسَقَانَا وَجَعَلَنَا مُسْلِمِينَ
Alhamdu lillahil-ladhi at'amana wa saqana wa ja'alana Muslimin
Praise be to Allah who fed us, gave us drink, and made us Muslims.
Three blessings in one sentence: food, drink, and Islam. The third is unexpected after a meal — why mention being Muslim after eating? Because billions are fed daily, but the blessing of guidance is rarer and greater than the blessing of a full stomach. This du'a trains you to see beyond the plate to the bigger picture.
