الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي أَطْعَمَنِي هَذَا وَرَزَقَنِيهِ مِنْ غَيْرِ حَوْلٍ مِنِّي وَلَا قُوَّةٍ
Alhamdu lillahil-ladhi at'amani hadha wa razaqanihi min ghayri hawlin minni wa la quwwah
Praise be to Allah who fed me this and provided it for me without any effort or power from me.
The Prophet ﷺ said: "Whoever says this after eating, his past sins will be forgiven." It is a reminder that every morsel of food is a gift from Allah, not from our own effort.

اللَّهُمَّ بَارِكْ لَنَا فِيهِ وَزِدْنَا مِنْهُ
O Allah, bless it for us and give us more of it.
Hasanالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي جَعَلَهُ عَذْبًا فُرَاتًا بِرَحْمَتِهِ وَلَمْ يَجْعَلْهُ مِلْحًا أُجَاجًا بِذُنُوبِنَا
Praise be to Allah who made it sweet and fresh by His mercy, and did not make it salty and bitter because of our sins.
Atharالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي أَطْعَمَنَا وَسَقَانَا وَجَعَلَنَا مُسْلِمِينَ
Praise be to Allah who fed us, gave us drink, and made us Muslims.
Hasanاللَّهُمَّ بَارِكْ لَنَا فِيمَا رَزَقْتَنَا وَقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ، بِسْمِ اللَّهِ
O Allah, bless us in what You have provided for us and protect us from the punishment of the Fire. In the Name of Allah.
