رَبِّ هَبْ لِي مِن لَّدُنكَ ذُرِّيَّةً طَيِّبَةً ۖ إِنَّكَ سَمِيعُ الدُّعَاءِ
Rabbi hab li min ladunka dhurriyyatan tayyibah. Innaka Sami'ud-Du'a
My Lord, grant me from Yourself good offspring. Indeed, You are the Hearer of supplication.
This is the du'a of Prophet Zakariyya (AS) when he saw how Allah provided for Maryam (AS) miraculously. Inspired by that, he called upon Allah for a righteous child despite being elderly — and Allah granted him Yahya (John), peace be upon him.

اللَّهُمَّ أَلِّفْ بَيْنَ قُلُوبِنَا وَأَصْلِحْ ذَاتَ بَيْنِنَا وَاهْدِنَا سُبُلَ السَّلَامِ وَنَجِّنَا مِنَ الظُّلُمَاتِ إِلَى النُّورِ وَجَنِّبْنَا الْفَوَاحِشَ مَا ظَهَرَ مِنْهَا وَمَا بَطَنَ
O Allah, unite our hearts, mend our relations, guide us to paths of peace, deliver us from darkness into light, and keep us away from indecencies — both outward and inward.
Sahihرَبَّنَا هَبْ لَنَا مِن لَّدُنكَ رَحْمَةً وَهَيِّئْ لَنَا مِنْ أَمْرِنَا رَشَدًا
Our Lord, grant us mercy from Yourself and prepare for us right guidance in our affair.
Sahihوَأَصْلِحْ لِي فِي ذُرِّيَّتِي إِنِّي تُبْتُ إِلَيْكَ وَإِنِّي مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ
And set right for me my offspring. Indeed, I have repented to You, and indeed I am of the Muslims.
Sahihرَبِّ لَا تَذَرْنِي فَرْدًا وَأَنْتَ خَيْرُ الْوَارِثِينَ
My Lord, do not leave me alone with no offspring, while You are the best of inheritors.
Sahih
