اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْ خَيْرَ عُمُرِي آخِرَهُ وَخَيْرَ عَمَلِي خَوَاتِمَهُ وَخَيْرَ أَيَّامِي يَوْمَ أَلْقَاكَ
Allahummaj'al khayra 'umuri akhirahu, wa khayra 'amali khawatimahu, wa khayra ayyami yawma alqak
O Allah, make the best of my life its last part, the best of my deeds their conclusions, and the best of my days the day I meet You.
This du'a asks for a good ending — that our final chapter be our best chapter. The Prophet ﷺ said: "Actions are judged by their endings" (Sahih al-Bukhari 6493). A life that ends well, with good deeds and faith, is the greatest success.

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ عَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ وَمِنْ عَذَابِ جَهَنَّمَ وَمِنْ فِتْنَةِ الْمَحْيَا وَالْمَمَاتِ وَمِنْ شَرِّ فِتْنَةِ الْمَسِيحِ الدَّجَّالِ
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the punishment of the grave, from the torment of the Fire, from the trials of life and death, and from the evil of the trial of the False Messiah.
Sahihلَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ
There is no deity except Allah. (Encourage the dying person to say these as their last words.)
Sahihاللَّهُمَّ إِنْ كَانَ مُحْسِنًا فَزِدْ فِي إِحْسَانِهِ وَإِنْ كَانَ مُسِيئًا فَتَجَاوَزْ عَنْ سَيِّئَاتِهِ
O Allah, if he was a doer of good, then increase his good deeds, and if he was a wrongdoer, then overlook his misdeeds.
Hasanاللَّهُمَّ إِنَّهُ عَبْدُكَ وَابْنُ عَبْدِكَ وَابْنُ أَمَتِكَ، كَانَ يَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ وَأَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا عَبْدُكَ وَرَسُولُكَ، وَأَنْتَ أَعْلَمُ بِهِ
O Allah, he is Your servant, son of Your male servant, son of Your female servant. He used to testify that there is no deity except You and that Muhammad is Your servant and messenger, and You know him best.
