اللَّهُمَّ اشْفِنِي شِفَاءَكَ وَدَاوِنِي دَوَاءَكَ وَعَافِنِي مِنْ بَلَائِكَ
Allahummashfini shifa'aka wa dawini dawa'aka wa 'afini min bala'ik
O Allah, heal me with Your healing, treat me with Your cure, and grant me well-being from Your trial.
Three specific requests: Your healing (not just any healing — the divine kind), Your cure (the treatment that comes from above), and protection from further trials. The possessive "Your" (shifa'aka, dawa'aka, bala'ika) emphasizes that healing, medicine, and trials all belong to and originate from Allah. You are asking the Source directly.
