O Allah, grant me well-being in my body. O Allah, grant me well-being in my hearing. O Allah, grant me well-being in my sight. There is no deity except You. O Allah, I seek refuge from disbelief and poverty. O Allah, I seek refuge from the punishment of the grave. There is no deity except You.
The full version of the morning health du'a, said three times. Body, hearing, and sight — the three faculties most at risk of degradation. Then the spiritual concerns: kufr, poverty, and grave punishment. The du'a weaves physical health and spiritual health together, because they are inseparable in Islam. A healthy body with a sick soul is worse than a sick body with a healthy soul.
