اللَّهُمَّ أَعِنِّي عَلَى صِيَامِهِ وَقِيَامِهِ
Allahumma a'inni 'ala siyamihi wa qiyamih
O Allah, help me to fast and pray during it (Ramadan).
Thirty days of fasting from dawn to sunset, followed by nightly Tarawih prayers — Ramadan is a marathon, not a sprint. By the second week, energy dips. By the third, willpower wavers. This du'a acknowledges that you cannot complete Ramadan on your own strength. You need divine assistance to maintain worship at its peak intensity for an entire month. Ask for help before you hit the wall.
