بِسْمِ اللَّهِ وَاللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ
Bismillahi wallahu Akbar
In the Name of Allah, Allah is the Greatest.
Said when touching or pointing to the Black Stone at the start of each Tawaf circuit. Umar (RA) famously said to the Black Stone: "I know that you are a stone that does not benefit nor harm. Had I not seen the Prophet ﷺ kiss you, I would not have kissed you."
Related Du'as
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ عِلْمًا نَافِعًا وَرِزْقًا وَاسِعًا وَشِفَاءً مِنْ كُلِّ دَاءٍ
O Allah, I ask You for beneficial knowledge, abundant provision, and a cure from every disease.
Hasanاللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ
Allah is the Greatest. (Said with each of the seven pebbles thrown at the Jamarat.)
Sahihخَيْرُ الدُّعَاءِ دُعَاءُ يَوْمِ عَرَفَةَ وَخَيْرُ مَا قُلْتُ أَنَا وَالنَّبِيُّونَ مِن قَبْلِي لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ لَهُ الْمُلْكُ وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ
The best supplication is on the Day of Arafah, and the best thing I and the prophets before me have said is: There is no deity except Allah, alone without partner. His is the dominion and His is the praise, and He is over all things capable.
Hasanبِسْمِ اللَّهِ وَاللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ اللَّهُمَّ مِنْكَ وَلَكَ اللَّهُمَّ تَقَبَّلْ مِنِّي
In the Name of Allah, and Allah is the Greatest. O Allah, from You and for You. O Allah, accept from me.
