اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ
Allahu Akbar (said with each pebble thrown)
Allah is the Greatest. (Said with each of the seven pebbles thrown at the Jamarat.)
The stoning of the Jamarat (pillars) commemorates Prophet Ibrahim (AS) throwing stones at Shaytan, who appeared to him three times trying to dissuade him from obeying Allah's command to sacrifice his son. Each pebble is thrown with Allahu Akbar — affirming Allah's greatness over every temptation.
