Allah is the Greatest (three times). There is no deity except Allah alone, with no partner. His is the dominion and His is the praise, and He is capable of all things. There is no deity except Allah alone. He fulfilled His promise, gave victory to His servant, and defeated the confederates alone.
The Prophet ﷺ said this upon ascending Mount Safa, facing the Ka'bah. He would say it three times, making personal du'a between each repetition. This is one of the special places where du'a is answered during Hajj.
