اللَّهُمَّ بَارِكْ لَنَا فِيمَا رَزَقْتَنَا
Allahumma barik lana fima razaqtana
O Allah, bless us in what You have provided us.
The Prophet ﷺ never criticized any food. If he liked it, he ate it; if he didn't, he left it without comment (Bukhari 5409). When served something you dislike, the Sunnah is silence about the food itself and gratitude for the provision. Ask for barakah in it — even food you don't enjoy can carry divine blessing in terms of nutrition, health, or the reward of gratitude.
