اللَّهُمَّ بَارِكْ لَنَا فِيمَا رَزَقْتَنَا وَقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ
Allahumma barik lana fima razaqtana wa qina 'adhaban-Nar
O Allah, bless us in what You have provided and protect us from the punishment of the Fire.
A concise before-meal du'a that connects food to the Hereafter. You ask for barakah in your provision and protection from the Fire in the same breath — because what you eat and how you eat it has consequences beyond nutrition. Halal food nourishes the body and feeds good deeds. Haram food may fill the stomach but fuels disobedience. This du'a asks for blessed fuel.

Praise be to Allah who fed me this and provided it for me without any effort or power from me.
Hasanاللَّهُمَّ أَطْعِمْ مَنْ أَطْعَمَنِي وَاسْقِ مَنْ سَقَانِي
O Allah, feed the one who fed me, and give drink to the one who gave me drink.
Sahihبِسْمِ اللَّهِ, الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ, اللَّهُمَّ بَارِكْ لَنَا فِيهِ
