Allahumma lakal-hamdu Anta kasawtanihi, as'aluka min khayrihi wa khayri ma suni'a lahu, wa a'udhu bika min sharrihi wa sharri ma suni'a lah

O Allah, praise is for You. You have clothed me with it. I ask You for its goodness and the goodness for which it was made, and I seek refuge in You from its evil and the evil for which it was made.

SahihAbu Dawud 4020, At-Tirmidhi 1767

Clothing can be a blessing or a source of arrogance. This du'a asks for the good in the garment — warmth, beauty, modesty — while seeking protection from its potential evil — vanity, extravagance, or being dressed to attract the wrong attention. It transforms the simple act of getting dressed into an act of worship.
