Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min zawali ni'matik, wa tahawwuli 'afiyatik, wa fuja'ati niqmatik, wa jami'i sakhatik
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the loss of Your blessings, the change of Your protection, the suddenness of Your punishment, and all of Your displeasure.
Four fears that cover the full spectrum of losing divine favor: blessings disappearing, health and safety changing, punishment arriving suddenly without warning, and — the root cause of all — incurring Allah's displeasure. The word "fuja'ah" (suddenness) is haunting: divine punishment does not always come gradually. Sometimes the ground shifts without warning.

The Messenger has believed in what was revealed to him from his Lord, and so have the believers. All of them have believed in Allah and His angels and His books and His messengers, saying: 'We make no distinction between any of His messengers.' And they say: 'We hear and we obey. Grant us Your forgiveness, our Lord, and to You is the final destination. Allah does not burden a soul beyond its capacity. It will have what it has earned, and it will bear what it has earned. Our Lord, do not take us to account if we forget or make a mistake. Our Lord, do not lay upon us a burden like that which You laid upon those before us. Our Lord, do not burden us with that which we have no ability to bear. Pardon us, forgive us, and have mercy upon us. You are our protector, so give us victory over the disbelieving people.'
