اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ جَارِ السُّوءِ فِي دَارِ الْمُقَامَةِ فَإِنَّ جَارَ الْبَادِيَةِ يَتَحَوَّلُ
Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min jaris-su'i fi daril-muqamah, fa inna jaral-badiyati yatahawwal
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from a bad neighbor in a permanent residence, for the neighbor of the desert can move away.
A brilliantly practical du'a. If you live in the desert (a nomad), you can pack up and leave a bad neighbor. But in a permanent home, you are stuck. The Prophet ﷺ understood that a bad neighbor is one of the greatest tests of daily life — and he specifically sought Allah's protection from it.

اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْنِي فِي حِفْظِكَ وَأَمَانِكَ وَجِوَارِكَ وَكَنَفِكَ
O Allah, place me under Your protection, Your security, Your shelter, and Your care.
Atharاللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِرِضَاكَ مِنْ سَخَطِكَ وَبِمُعَافَاتِكَ مِنْ عُقُوبَتِكَ وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْكَ لَا أُحْصِي ثَنَاءً عَلَيْكَ أَنْتَ كَمَا أَثْنَيْتَ عَلَى نَفْسِكَ
O Allah, I seek refuge in Your pleasure from Your anger, in Your forgiveness from Your punishment, and I seek refuge in You from You. I cannot count Your praises. You are as You have praised Yourself.
Sahihاللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ سَمْعِي وَمِنْ شَرِّ بَصَرِي وَمِنْ شَرِّ لِسَانِي وَمِنْ شَرِّ قَلْبِي وَمِنْ شَرِّ مَنِيِّي
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the evil of my hearing, from the evil of my sight, from the evil of my tongue, from the evil of my heart, and from the evil of my desires.
Sahihأُعِيذُكُمَا بِكَلِمَاتِ اللَّهِ التَّامَّةِ مِنْ كُلِّ شَيْطَانٍ وَهَامَّةٍ وَمِنْ كُلِّ عَيْنٍ لَامَّةٍ
I seek refuge for you both in the perfect words of Allah, from every devil, every venomous creature, and every envious evil eye.
