Ihdinas-Siratal-Mustaqim. Siratal-ladhina an'amta 'alayhim, ghayril-maghdubi 'alayhim wa lad-dallin
Guide us to the straight path — the path of those You have blessed, not of those who earned anger, nor of those who went astray.
The most repeated du'a in existence — said at least seventeen times daily by every praying Muslim. It defines three groups: those who received Allah's blessing (prophets, truthful ones, martyrs, righteous), those who earned anger (knew the truth but rejected it), and those who went astray (sincere but misguided). Every prayer is a renewal of this request: keep me on the path of the blessed, away from both willful rejection and innocent error.
