Allahumma inni a'udhu bika an adilla aw udalla aw azilla aw uzalla aw adhlima aw udhlama aw ajhala aw yujhala 'alayya

O Allah, I seek refuge in You from going astray or being led astray, from slipping or being caused to slip, from wronging others or being wronged, from behaving ignorantly or being treated with ignorance.

SahihAbu Dawud 5094, At-Tirmidhi 3427, An-Nasa'i 5486

The Prophet ﷺ would say this when leaving his house. Notice the pairs: each action appears in active and passive form — "I go astray" AND "I am led astray." You seek protection from being the perpetrator AND the victim. This acknowledges that harm works in both directions, and you need protection from both sides of every injustice.
