رَبَّنَا فَاغْفِرْ لَنَا ذُنُوبَنَا وَكَفِّرْ عَنَّا سَيِّئَاتِنَا وَتَوَفَّنَا مَعَ الْأَبْرَارِ
Rabbana faghfir lana dhunubana wa kaffir 'anna sayyi'atina wa tawaffana ma'al-abrar
Our Lord, forgive us our sins and expiate our misdeeds, and cause us to die with the righteous.
Three requests in ascending order: forgive our sins (cover them), expiate our misdeeds (erase their consequences), and let us die among the righteous (the ultimate outcome). "Ma'al-abrar" — with the righteous — because how you die determines where you end up. The company you keep at death is the company you keep in the Hereafter.

رَبِّ إِنِّي ظَلَمْتُ نَفْسِي فَاغْفِرْ لِي
My Lord, indeed I have wronged myself, so forgive me.
Sahihاللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي مَا قَدَّمْتُ وَمَا أَخَّرْتُ وَمَا أَسْرَرْتُ وَمَا أَعْلَنْتُ وَمَا أَسْرَفْتُ وَمَا أَنْتَ أَعْلَمُ بِهِ مِنِّي
O Allah, forgive me for what I have sent ahead and what I have left behind, what I have concealed and what I have made public, where I have transgressed, and what You know about me more than I do.
Sahihاللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي ذَنْبِي كُلَّهُ دِقَّهُ وَجِلَّهُ وَأَوَّلَهُ وَآخِرَهُ وَعَلَانِيَتَهُ وَسِرَّهُ
O Allah, forgive all of my sins — the small and the great, the first and the last, the public and the private.
Sahihأَسْتَغْفِرُ اللَّهَ الَّذِي لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ الْحَيُّ الْقَيُّومُ وَأَتُوبُ إِلَيْهِ
I seek the forgiveness of Allah, there is no deity except Him, the Ever-Living, the Sustainer, and I repent to Him.
