Alhamdu lillahil-ladhi 'afani mimmabtilaka bihi wa faddalani 'ala kathirin mimman khalaqa tafdila

Praise be to Allah who has spared me from what He has afflicted you with, and has favored me greatly over many of His creation.

HasanAt-Tirmidhi 3431

Said silently (in your heart, not aloud) when seeing someone with a disability or affliction. The Prophet ﷺ said whoever says this will not be struck with that affliction. It is not a du'a of arrogance but of humility — you could easily be in their place. The purpose is to recognize your health as a gift and thank Allah for it. Always said privately, never in front of the afflicted person.

Peace be upon us and upon the righteous servants of Allah.

There is no deity except Allah, alone without partner. His is the dominion and His is the praise. He gives life and causes death, and He is the Ever-Living who does not die. In His hand is all good, and He is over all things capable.

Hasan

And I bear witness that there is no deity except Allah alone, with no partner, and that Muhammad is His servant and messenger. I am pleased with Allah as Lord, Muhammad as Messenger, and Islam as religion.

O Allah, Lord of this perfect call and the prayer to be established, grant Muhammad the Wasilah and the Fadilah, and raise him to the praiseworthy station You promised him.
