وَأُفَوِّضُ أَمْرِي إِلَى اللَّهِ إِنَّ اللَّهَ بَصِيرٌ بِالْعِبَادِ
Wa ufawwidu amri ilallah innallaha Basirun bil-'ibad
And I entrust my affair to Allah. Indeed, Allah is Seeing of His servants.
The believing man from the family of Pharaoh said this when surrounded by enemies, outnumbered and alone. "Allah protected him from the evils they plotted" (40:45). Tafwid — entrusting your affairs to Allah — is not passive resignation; it is active surrender after you have done everything in your power. You hand the outcome to the One who sees what you cannot see.
