O Allah, leave no sin of ours except that You forgive it, no worry except that You relieve it, no debt except that You settle it, and no need of this world or the next except that You fulfill it, by Your mercy, O Most Merciful of the merciful.

HasanAl-Hakim, Al-Bayhaqi in Ad-Da'awat al-Kabir

A comprehensive post-prayer du'a that sweeps clean every category of need: sins forgiven, worries relieved, debts settled, and every need — worldly and otherworldly — fulfilled. The structure "do not leave... except" creates an exhaustive list that refuses to leave anything unaddressed. After salah, when your connection with Allah is freshest, lay everything on the table.
