أَسْتَغْفِرُ اللَّهَ أَسْتَغْفِرُ اللَّهَ أَسْتَغْفِرُ اللَّهَ اللَّهُمَّ أَنْتَ السَّلَامُ وَمِنْكَ السَّلَامُ تَبَارَكْتَ يَا ذَا الْجَلَالِ وَالْإِكْرَامِ
Astaghfirullah, Astaghfirullah, Astaghfirullah. Allahumma Antas-Salamu wa minkas-salam. Tabarakta ya Dhal-Jalali wal-Ikram
I seek Allah's forgiveness (three times). O Allah, You are Peace and from You is peace. Blessed are You, O Owner of Majesty and Honor.
This is the very first thing said after the salam of prayer. Even after worship, we seek forgiveness — because our prayer is never perfect enough for the One we are praying to.

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْجُبْنِ وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْبُخْلِ وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ أَنْ أُرَدَّ إِلَى أَرْذَلِ الْعُمُرِ وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ فِتْنَةِ الدُّنْيَا وَعَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from cowardice, from miserliness, from being returned to the most decrepit old age, and I seek refuge in You from the trials of this world and the punishment of the grave.
Sahihاللَّهُمَّ لَا مَانِعَ لِمَا أَعْطَيْتَ وَلَا مُعْطِيَ لِمَا مَنَعْتَ وَلَا يَنْفَعُ ذَا الْجَدِّ مِنْكَ الْجَدُّ
O Allah, none can withhold what You give, and none can give what You withhold, and no wealth or might can benefit anyone against Your will.
Sahihسُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ (33) وَالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ (33) وَاللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ (33) لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ لَهُ الْمُلْكُ وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ
Glory be to Allah (33x), Praise be to Allah (33x), Allah is the Greatest (33x), then: There is no deity except Allah, alone without partner. His is the dominion and His is the praise, and He is over all things capable.
Sahihرَبَّنَا لَا تُزِغْ قُلُوبَنَا بَعْدَ إِذْ هَدَيْتَنَا وَهَبْ لَنَا مِن لَّدُنكَ رَحْمَةً ۚ إِنَّكَ أَنتَ الْوَهَّابُ
Our Lord, do not let our hearts deviate after You have guided us, and grant us mercy from Yourself. Indeed, You are the Bestower.
