Rabbana la tuzigh qulubana ba'da idh hadaytana wa hab lana min ladunka rahmah. Innaka Antal-Wahhab.
Our Lord, do not let our hearts deviate after You have guided us, and grant us mercy from Yourself. Indeed, You are the Bestower.
This verse from Surah Al-Imran is among the du'as the Prophet ﷺ would recite after prayer. It acknowledges that even after being guided, the heart can deviate — so the believer asks Allah to keep it firm. "Wahhab" (the Bestower) is invoked because mercy is a gift, not something earned.
